Rental of this venue includes air conditioning, a deep cast iron sink, a bathroom, 2 long inside tables, 20 inside chairs, one long outside table, 20 outside bistro chairs, 2 folding tables, linen table cloths, 4 chafing dishes w burners, serving spoons, a lighter, a wine bottle opener, dish towels, parking with signs and a beautifully decorated space. Baby Shower packages are $125.00 an hour plus $121.00 for event insurance.
